High Street Capital’s operating partners are composed of a diverse group of individuals who bring not only equity, but also specific operating experience to each of our investments.  High Street Capital will not pursue an investment in any business in which we cannot offer intelligent strategic counsel. High Street Capital assigns one or more of our operating partners to each investment that we pursue. The operating partners are mutually selected to be the best fit, to be sensitive to the organization's dynamics and to work with the management team from the very beginning.
