High Street Capital is a leading provider of flexible capital and operating expertise to middle market businesses.  In partnership with management we invest in recapitalizations, management buyouts and growth equity financings. Through the active participation of our operating partners, a group of successful CEOs and ex-business owners, High Street Capital provides experience, contacts and counsel to our investment activities.

We look to acquire, recapitalize, and provide growth capital to service businesses, distributors, publishing or manufacturing companies with revenues of $10 to $100 million.

We provide from $2 million to $8 million of equity per investment and will complete both control and non-control investments.

We are actively seeking new investments through our third investment fund.

We currently have $120 million under management.
